Lift Accident: A man has died after after being caught underneath a carry cage on a property in Dural overnight.
Around 6.30pm yesterday (Thursday 16/11/2023), emergency companies have been referred to as to a property on Winnanga Rd, DURAL.
Officers connected to The Hills Police Area Command attended and have been advised a commerical carry cage that was intended for use for eradicating branches from some bushes on the property was being loaded onto a Utility.
It is understood a 72yo man turned trapped under the raise being operated by relative, suffering deadly injuries.
The scene was forensically examined by specialist police, with @SafeworkNSW additionally inattendance. A report shall be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
